How do I use my Menstrual Cup?
To insert the Menstrual Cup simply fold it using the fingerprint indent to help guide you. Place the cup into your vagina, keeping the cup folded until it is entirely inside. Then gently release your folded cup, allowing it to pop open and seal to your vaginal walls. Feel along the entire circumference of the cup’s base to check for folds and gently try to rotate the cup to make sure that it’s sealed.

Size 1 (21 ml) is for women who have a light-medium flow, or for those who have a low cervix. Size 2 (28 ml) is for women with a medium-heavy flow or for those who have a high cervix.
